I design high-stakes products where a confusing screen costs people time, money, or trust. Across EdTech as a Product Designer, and through Pharma, OTT apps, SaaS platforms, ERP systems, websites, and internal portals, the work has always been about turning dense systems into something people get right the first time.

I'm passionate about user flow research and designing seamless journeys that feel natural and delightful. From making high-stakes UX decisions in Pharma to collaborating with cross-functional teams, my conviction is that great design is as much about empathy and clarity as it is about creativity.

Novartis — Patient Insight Navigator (PIN)

UX Lead
  • Led the end-to-end UX process from discovery and planning to design handoff for Patient Insight Navigator (PIN), an internal AI-powered research repository for exploring medical literature and research papers.
  • Designed intuitive user experiences for advanced search, AI-powered translation, AI chatbot, and research insights, enabling users to efficiently discover and analyze relevant scientific content.
  • Defined user journeys, information architecture, high-fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes for complex healthcare and research workflows.
  • Designed and implemented a Learning Management System (LMS) within the platform to support user onboarding, training, and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborated closely with product managers, business stakeholders, and researchers to transform requirements into scalable, user-centric solutions while ensuring design consistency through a comprehensive design system.

  • Planned and conducted user interviews, usability testing, and stakeholder workshops to identify pain points, validate design decisions, and uncover opportunities for product improvement.

  • Designed key product flows such as AI-powered ATS resume screening, manual interview slot selection, candidate interview scheduling, panel management, and AI voice pre-screening call automation.
  • Created user journeys, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, interactive prototypes, and design documentation to simplify complex hiring workflows and improve usability.
  • Collaborated closely with product managers, developers, and AI engineers to translate business requirements into scalable, user-centered solutions.
